the extension of duration for planning ref. 18/1193, already extended under Planning Ref. 24/7010: a residential development comprising 48 residential units, (46 no. semi-detached houses, 2 no. detached houses), provision of phase 2 part of link road between the Clarina Road and the Lisheen Park (School Road) with site entrances off this new road, and all ancillary site development works.
