the proposed demolition of existing former public house & restaurant building and adjoining buildings formally known as “The Dolphin Bar, ” together with the proposed construction of a residential development of 7 no. two storey terraced type dwelling houses consisting of 5 no. two bedroom dwelling houses & 2 no. three bedroom dwelling houses, proposed erection of boundary fences/walls, car parking, landscaping, vehicular & pedestrian access from Chapel Lane, proposed connections to the existing foul sewer, surface water & watermain networks and all ancillary works whereby it is now proposed to revise the overall site boundary so that same is increased in size than what was originally proposed
