a proposed tourism glamping accommodation site consisting of the following; (i) 2 no. two person self catering cabins; (ii) 2 no. 5 person self catering cabins; (iii) 2 no. 8 person self catering cabins; (iv) Conversion of an existing agricultural outhouse building Into a visitors centre/shop/café; (v) Proposed erection of 2 no. polytunnels; (vi) Proposed construction of a retreat area; (vii) Proposed onsite car parking areas; (viii) Proposed alternations to existing vehicular entrance together with the proposed construction of an internal access road to facilitate the above; (ix) Proposed construction of a storage shed (x) Proposed installation of an onsite wastewater treatment system with polishing filter to service the proposed development; (xi) Landscaping and all ancillary site works
