an Eco-Tourism Development consisting of the following: • 2 no. glamping cabins (30.3 sq m each) located towards the northeast corner of the site, with accompanying barbecue and hot tub area. • sauna (8.8 sq m) located near the south boundary of the site, overlooking the existing pond. • geo-dome accommodation (23.96 sq m) with accompanying barbecue and hot tub area located in an existing clearing in the southwest section of the site. • accessible geo-dome accommodation (40.46 sq m) with accompanying accessible parking area located in an existing clearing in the southwest section of the site. • sensory dome (16.86 sq m) surrounded by mature trees, located near the southwest boundary of the site. • 6 no. guest parking spots. Permission is also sought for the construction of an Integrated Constructed Wetland (ICW) near the northeast boundary of the site, and all associated site works
