the following to existing three storey building previously known as the Ulster Bank: (A) Demolition of existing single storey extension to the rear. (B) Construction of a new single storey extension to the rear. (C) Change of use change of the existing ground floor from its previous permitted use to now also include the following possible uses commercial/retail/café with wine bar/food outlet/office space. (D) Redesign of existing ground floor windows and door on front façade. (E) Replacement/Repair of all rainwater goods where necessary and all ancillary works whereby the further information response submitted is considered to be significant in nature due to site layout and design amendments.
