The development will consist of the alterations of the permitted stone-faced bungalow with septic tank, percolation area, garage, boundary walls, piers and gates for which retention permission is sought include: a) changing the garage location from north to north-west side of the house, b) upgrading and changing the septic tank location from western house corner to north-east side of the house, c) upgrading size and changing the location of percolation area to be parallel to the west-south garage wall, d) omission of natural stone finished masonry boundary walls, piers and gates
