(2) Retention of smooth render finish to front projecting entrance walls and omission of previously permitted prefa cladding. (3) Retention of smooth recess render finish / amended window fenestration to front and omission of previously permitted recess prefa cladding (4) Retention of smooth render finish to rear raised box window and omission of previously permitted prefa cladding. (5) Retention of smooth render finish to rear projecting walls and omission of previously permitted natural cedar cladding
