Development Description

the proposed construction of four semi-detached two storey dwellings with individual entrances to each property inclusive of vehicular access on either side of the proposed development. All serviced dwellings to be connected to a proprietary commercial secondary treatment system with polishing filter and raised percolation area as per Manufacturer and EPA specifications and submitted drawings, connection to public water main with all surface and stormwater to be connected to a soak pit as per BRE 365 recommendations and specifications. Main site to be accessed from existing roadway inclusive of public footpaths, grass verging and of all ancillary site works as per submitted drawings
