Development Description
(i) construction of a two-storey building (580sq.m) comprising warehouse with ancillary office accommodation and associated external yard; (ii) provision of 8 no. car parking spaces, 2 no. truck/van parking spaces and 10 no. cycle parking spaces; (iii) creation of 3 no. new vehicular entrances (1 no. to serve warehouse/office building and 2 no. to serve external yard) off the existing access road running centrally through the site; and, (iv) all associated site development works including landscaping, boundary treatment and SuDS drainage works necessary to facilitate the development. This application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement.
