Development Description
Permission for (a) the construction of 91 no. dwellings comprising a mix of house-types and apartments including: (i) 4 no. 2-storey, 4-bedroom, detached dwellings with pitched roof profiles and private rear gardens (House Type: F/F1); (ii) 14 no. 2-storey, 4-bedroom semi-detached dwellings with pitched roof profiles and private rear gardens (House Type G/G1); (iii) 2 no. 2-storey, 3-bedroom detached dwellings with pitched roof profiles and private rear gardens (House Type D); (iv) 22 no. 2-storey, 3-bedroom semi-detached dwelling with pitched roof profiles and private rear gardens (House Type A); (v) 22 no. 2-storey, 3-bedroom terraced dwellings with pitched roof profiles and private rear gardens (House Type B); (vi) 12 no. 2-storey, 2-bedroom terraced dwellings with pitched roof profiles and private rear gardens (House Type C); (vii) 3 no. duplex units (Maisonette Type Y1) comprising 2 -storey, 2-bedroom units with private balconies/terraces; (viii) 12 no. 2-bedroom apartments (Apartment Types X1 and X2) with private balconies/terraces, together with associated circulation areas, bin storage, 48 no. secure bicycle parking spaces and 8 no. Visitor cycle parking spaces, all provided within a 3-storey apartment building (b) provision of 1 no. vehicular access/egress point to the development from approved PANCR (Port Access Norther Cross Route Drogheda); (c) provision of 161 no. car parking spaces to serve the residential development; (d) provision of public open space (0.26ha) and communal open space (0.01ha); (e) The proposed development will also include the provision of internal roads, footpaths, public lighting, landscaping, boundary treatments, bin storage, foul and surface water drainage infrastructure including water surface water attenuation and connections to existing water supply and wastewater services, together with all ancillary site development works necessary to facilitate the development
