Permission to provide community playing fields with associated facilities. This will include the construction of 1. a new entrance from public road, non-illuminated signage and front boundary treatment and planting, 2. extension of footpath from village to proposed development, 3. 2 No. GAA spec playing fields, 4. A detached single storey clubrooms to provide dressing rooms, kit rooms, kitchen, meeting room/ office, storage rooms, toilets, plant room and referees room and PV solar array atop south facing roof slope, 5. a new detached single storey machinery shed, 6. An access walkway with associated 6m high lighting, 7. 4 No. 15m high ball stops nets to playing fields, 8. 9 No. 18m high floodlighting to playing fields, 9.vehicular parking areas, 10. 3 No. 6m high flagpoles, 11. effluent treatment system with percolation area and 12. New landscaping and all Associated site development works
