Development Description
Planning permission to carry out works to existing primary school at Scoil Bhreandáin, Eachleim, Belmullet, Co. Mayo F26P704. Proposed works will consist of: (1) demolition of existing storm porch (2sq.m); (2) construction of new extension (A) to the rear of the school to accommodate 2 new (80sq.m) mainstream classrooms, total floor area of (166.0sq.m). (3) construction of new extension (B) to the front of the school to accommodate new entrance lobby and User Assisted WC (10.5sq.m), total floor area of (18.6sq.m). (4) carrying out of minor internal alterations and changes to existing resource room and principals office, (5) to construct new canopy, windbreak and enlarged signage to new front entrance.
