Development of new soccer pitches and clubhouse complex. Proposal includes demolition of existing agricultural sheds (103m2) new internal vehicular access spur from established cemetery access road, to new clubhouse (370m2), 3 no. new pitches comprising 1 no. full size grass pitch, 1 no. full size all weather 4G astro pitch and 1 no. 9 aside mini 3G astro all weather pitch. To include car parking (No. 93 spaces), cycle parking (No. 50 spaces). Proposal includes Tertiary Wastewater Treatment System and Infiltration /treatment area, and all landscaping and boundary treatments, ancillary works and services.
