Planning permission is sought for: The construction of a storey and a half extension to the left (south-west) of the existing dwelling to include: • Ground floor: new entrance with staircase, sitting room, utility room, toilet, rear hall, plant room, en-suite bedroom with dressing room, • First floor: en-suite master bedroom with dressing room, bathroom, 2 No. Bedrooms, linen closet, and landing. Alterations to the existing dwelling to include: • Internal reconfiguration including wall removal and new opening to create open-plan kitchen/dining/living area; • Inclusion widening of existing window to the rear (north-west) elevation, addition of sliding doors to the right (north-east) elevation and replacing existing front door on front (south-east) elevation with smaller window. With the addition of 3 velux rooflights front (south-east) elevation and 3 velux rooflights to the rear (north-west) elevation, gabling pitched roof and proposed two new door openings to left elevation to gain access to new extension. • Removal of two chimney from existing central walls • Addition of stone to the existing dwelling on (south-east) elevation Construction of a domestic garage. Upgrading existing site entrance to south-west with proposed new boundary walls and piers.
