Development Description
1. Construction of a housing development (Garryduff Park West) of 68 no. dwellings in two and three storey semi-detached and terraced houses and duplex/apartment configurations; 2. Vehicular and pedestrian/cycle access point to Garryduff Park (also facilitating other/future phases of housing subject to separate planning application(s)); and, 3. Associated development and works and development including hard and soft landscaping, internal roads and footpaths, cycle and car parking, public and private amenity and open spaces (including games area), boundary treatments, bin stores, public lighting and all other ancillary works above and below ground including connections to water supply, surface water infrastructure, wastewater infrastructure and utilities.
