Permission for development of a mixed use (primarily housing) scheme at Stephen Garvey Way and Mountain View, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, comprising: 1. Demolition of existing two storey dwelling; 2. Construction of part three, part four storey building (over basement / undercroft) incorporating 20 no. apartments (10 no. one bed and 10 no. two bed) and commercial (retail / café / deli) unit; 3. Vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access Stephen Garvey Way and additional pedestrian access via Mountain View; and, 4. Associated development and works including hard and soft landscaping, basement / undercroft car parking, cycle parking, bin stores, communal and private amenity and open spaces and all other ancillary works above and below ground including works and connections to water supply, wastewater and surface water infrastructure and utilities.
