the development will consist of the following: (1) to demolish a detached domestic garage on the site, (2) to construct a development of 2 no detached dwelling houses consisting of: House Type (A) one and a half storied, 3 bedrooms; House Type (B) one and a half storied, 3 bedrooms. (3) to instal 2 no proprietary wastewater treatment units and percolation areas to serve each house separately, (4) to construct a 2-meter high capped and plastered wall to the rear and side of the existing dwelling on the site, Eircode A84 HX56. (5) to use the existing entrance to the site with a new driveaway to the rear to serve the proposed dwellings, (6) to connect the new dwellings to the mains water supply along with all other ancillary site development works.
