The amendments for which retention permission are sought for the dwelling include (1) increased Habitable Space to ground floor, (2) addition of 1 Nr window on both east & west gable elevations of northern roof section together with rooflights to attic storage area, (3) revised fenestration to ground floor (4) revisions to previously approved pitched roof design including increased ridge heights to northern & southern roof elements, introduction of gable walls to east & west elevations of northern roof section and part pitched/part flat roof design to central section.
