Development Description
Demolition of modern porch and new doorway to the south and demolition of modern porch and construction of a single storey extension to the east side, various alterations to plan layout to improve kitchen and bathroom accommodation and associated alterations and repairs including alterations to chimney stack to north side, new window and door opening to west side, various conservative repairs to the interior and exterior including replacement of incompatible modern materials to walls & floors with lime based materials, restoration of previously removed roughcast render to walls and previously removed ceilings and floors, replacement of modern plastic windows to north side with new timber sash windows, replacement of modern electrical and plumbing and heating services installations and upgrading existing foul & surface water drainage including the decommissioning of the existing septic tank & provision of a new waste water treatment system together with all associated repairs & site works. Permission is also sought for retention of removal of modern plasterboard ceilings to first floor, removal of modern cement render to external walls and removal of decayed timber ground floors.
