The 52 no. houses are 2 – 3 storey and consist of: 1 no. 3 bed detached house (Type E) 11 no. 3 bed terraced houses (Type C) 26 no. 3 bed semi-detached houses (Type B / B1) 6 no. 4 bed semi-detached houses (Type D / D1 / D2) 8 no. 5 bed detached houses (Type A / A1) The 4 no. apartments with associated balconies consist of: 3 no. 2 bed apartments 1 no. 3 bed apartment Vehicular and pedestrian access will be provided from the Kilbride Road and Priestown Road.
