Development Description
The development will consist of: (i) the removal of 1no. pitched roof dormer to front of existing detached dwelling; (ii) construction of a storey and a half entrance extension to front; (iii) construction of part single, part two storey extension to rear; (iv) construction of new rendered front boundary & entrance walls, and entrance pillars, providing widened vehicular entrance off Dunshaughlin Road(R125); (v) other works as part of the development include: alterations to all elevations, internal alterations, rooflights, and all ancillary site works necessary to facilitate the development.
