Development Description
1. Retention permission and permission to regularise the sequencing of a replacement dwelling currently under construction under Pl. Ref. 2460708, including an amendment to the permitted development description and clarification of the approved use; 2. Permission for a replacement dormer-type single-family staff dwelling house, solely ancillary to the established equine enterprise at Ferrans Stud, for occupation by the Stud Manager and his/her family only, not for general staff occupation and not for use as an independent rural dwelling; 3. Permission for the demolition and removal of the existing single-family bungalow staff dwelling house upon completion and occupation of the replacement single-family dwelling house; 4. All other details to remain as granted under Pl. Ref. 2460708, including the associated garage, upgrade of the effluent treatment system, and all related site development works.
