Provision of additional window at first floor level on approved west elevation. Addition of internal laundry store room at first floor level. Enlargement of approved roof light over kitchen to rear. Repositioning of approved roof light over hallway. Increase in ridge height in approved single storey garage to 6.750m. Addition of 2 No. additional windows to approved garage on east elevation. Addition of single door to east elevation of garage. Revised site area of 2,500 m². Repositioning of approved percolation area within the rear garden. Widened rear window at first floor level east elevation to 2.0m.
