Development Description
(A) Retention and restoration of a 36.3sqm blacksmith’s forge for reuse as on-site storage, including preservation of original stone walls, reinstatement of the roof, window and door replacement. (B) Restoration of a blacksmith’s house including: 1. Restoration, refurbishment and integration of a blacksmith’s house, 43sqm existing ground floor and reinstatement of a 41sqm upper floor, reinstatement of the roof, structural reinforcements, window and door replacement, preservation of all stone walls and original chimney. (C) Redesign and construction of the previously granted new residential spaces: 1. A single storey main family house of 204.2 sqm. 2. A single storey granny flat of 69.5sqm (D) Revised location and design of previously granted vehicular access. (E) Revised location and design of a waste water treatment unit and polishing filter and all associated site works and landscaping to integrate the new structures within the surrounding landscape
