Development Description
1). Partial demolition of dwelling to south (to provide improved entrance sight lines), and construction of one and a half storey extension, with increased ridge height and dormer windows to east and west. 2). Revisions to vehicular entrance, consisting of new entrance gates, walls, piers. 3). Provision of wastewater treatment system, surface water SuDs, household well and associated site works 4). Partial demolition of shed to south (to provide improved entrance sight lines), and construction of extension to shed to east.
