Development Description
The development will consist of the following: 1) to construct a single storey extension to existing single storey dwelling to include full renovation of existing dwelling. 2. Construct apex porch roof to existing flat roofed porch. 2) to install a proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation area, 3) to close existing entrance and make a new entrance onto the road along with entrance gates, walls and piers, 4) all ancillary site development works.
