the development will consist of (a) the construction of a detached building comprising 3 number internal Padel Tennis courts and associated changing facilities at site 27, (b) pedestrian link access between site 27 & site 29, (c) installation of two number modular portable Padel tennis courts to be located to the rear of the existing building at site 29, (d) Perimeter fencing to the external padel courts at site 29 with 4 number 6m tall floodlights per court, and (e) all associated site works and services
