the proposed development will consist of i) the sub-division of the existing house into two separate dwellings, ii) the addition of two dormers to the rear elevation of the main house, iii) the addition of a velux window to the front elevation of the main house, iv) the construction of a single storey extension to the east side of the main house, v) the addition of a flat roof open porch to the main house, vi) the replacement of the existing septic tank with a wastewater treatment system and percolation area to serve both houses, and vii) all associated site works
