The development includes drainage and utility services infrastructure, landscaping, pedestrian and cycle facilities, road signs and markings, public lighting, modifications and enlargement (reduce base level by c. 200mm) and widening of the attenuation pond located within the south-eastern corner of the site, and all associated and ancillary site development works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application
