The development consists of the following: 1) 2 no 3 bed single storey semi detached houses, 2) 2 no 3 bed & 4 no 4 bed 2-storey detached, 3) 16 no 3 bed & 28 no 4 bed 2-storey semi-detached houses, 4) internal roads and access onto the Shercock Rd., 5) associated site works including drainage, attenuation tanks and pumping station, 6) open space and landscaping.
