The development consists of: retention of waste skip and will consist of permission for; re-location and re-design of proposed workshop (as per previously granted planning Ref. No. 23/60175) and revised site development works to accommodate same, including; foul and stormwater services, car parking, yard levels and finishes, and removal of previously granted office and staff buildings off site (as per previously granted planning Ref.
