The development will consist of the construction of a single storey discount foodstore (with an ancillary off-licence sales area) with a gross floor area of 2,358m²; (unit 1) a café/restaurant of 145.8m² (with a sheltered outdoor seating area) and (unit 2) a retail unit of 145.4m². The development includes plaza areas between the discount foodstore and café/restaurant unit and fronting onto the road. The site will be serviced by a new vehicle access towards the south of the site; with land set aside to access lands to the east of the site.
