M.) AND VISITOR WC’S, STORAGE, TASTING ROOMS AND A MICRO-DISTILLERY IN THE NORTH RANGE; 3) WORKS WITHIN THE WALLED GARDEN TO THE WEST OF HAZELWOOD HOUSE COMPRISING: I) CONSERVATION AND REPAIR WORKS TO THE MASONRY WALLS AND CIRCULAR STRUCTURE, II) THE CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE RUINED OUTBUILDING TO SERVE AS A GARDENER’S WORKSHOP AND THE PROVISION OF A POLYTUNNEL ADJACENT TO IT; 4) CONSERVATION AND REPAIR OF THE FORMER PUMP HOUSE AND WINDMILL BASE TO THE WEST OF HAZELWOOD HOUSE ON THE SHORELINE WITH THE GARAVOGUE RIVER (PROTECTED STRUCTURE (RPS NO. 292SE); 5) PROVISION OF NEW VISITOR CAR PARKS, ONE TO THE EAST OF THE STABLEYARD AND ONE IN THE FORMER SAWMILL YARD, WITH ASSOCIATED LANDSCAPING, TO REPLACE EXISTING CAR PARK PROVIDING 156 NO. PARKING SPACES (INCLUDING 10 NO. ACCESSIBLE CAR-PARKING SPACES, 15 NO.
