The development consisted of construction alterations to the existing dwelling house, including all ancillary site works and services, previously granted under planning reference P87/15112, as follows: 1) Retention of elevation amendments to the single-storey element. 2) Retention of a rear canopy to the two-storey element. 3) Retention of 2 no. windows in lieu of 2no. doors to the rear of the two-storey element. 4) Amendments to site works and boundaries which included existing steps to front converted to sloped access
