The development consists of an existing structure to be retained which serves as a residential single family dwelling with all associated site work. The works to be retained consist of: a.) Omission of window on the north gable on first floor, b.) Inclusion of a ground floor door in lieu of a window on the south elevation, c.) Not constructing the attached garage as per granted planning PL 00/166, d.) Construction of a new attached boiler house to the rear (west) elevation of the of the dwelling, e.) Use of natural slate in lieu of artificial slate, f.) Inclusion of a limestone plinth and front door surround in lieu of brick/stone dressing to windows and doors and quoins, g.) Omission of rooflight to rear (west) elevation, addition of rooflight to front (east) elevation, h.) Position of dwelling as built on site, i) Difference in internal first floor configuration. 2. Permission for a new first floor window on the rear (west) elevation to act as an escape window from the bedroom
