(1) Alterations to existing warehouse and office facility including internal reconfiguration; and (2) Extension to the existing attached external storage area to the rear to form a covered bicycle storage area; and (3) Increase in wall and roof height of the existing rear block to facilitate a plant area and communications storage space at first floor level; and (4) Revised elevational treatments including new window and door openings, new wall and roof finishes, removal of existing ventilation cowls at roof level, new roof light windows, new canopy over front entrance and new building signage; and (5) Construction of all ancillary site features including boundary treatments, car parking and drainage systems, together with all associated landscaping and site works
