The amended design includes A) The construction of a new single storey extension to the northwest of the existing house consisting of a master bedroom and ensuite, B) The construction of a new single storey garage to the northeast of the existing house, C) The extensive remodelling of the existing house to include a new roof structure, alterations to chimneys, and alterations to window and door positions on all elevations, D) The provision of a new waste water treatment facility and percolation area to the front of the house and E) all other associated site and landscaping works
