Planning permission is also sought for the following development at the premises: i) select demolition internally, ii) modification at all floor levels internally, iii) modification to the external façades, iv) provision of signage at the external facades, v) provision of a terrace and canopy at the existing flat roof at the rear of the building and vi) all associated ancillary works.
