The construction of a new single story extension to the front and alterations to internal layout, footprint and part of the roof of Prague Cottage, and the construction of a new single story extension to the front and extensive alterations to the internal layout, footprint, roof, and rear of Prague Chalet. Associated site works to include alterations to drainage and demolition of parts of the front and front garden boundary walls and overall alterations of the boundary between the two properties.
