development will consist of (A) Demolitions to include (i) 17.5 sqm single storey rear extension. (ii) Removal of internal and external walls to accommodate proposed works. (iii) Removal of the existing roof and chimney.(B) Construction of (i) a 104sqm part single storey, part two storey side extension to the east of the site. The extension will comprise an entrance courtyard, lift shaft, garage, bathroom and bedroom at ground floor level, and a dining room, lift shaft and terrace at first floor level. (C) a new roof and chimney. (iii) raised external walls to match the height of the front porch eaves level. (iv) a new 66 sqm single storey car port to the west of the site.(D) Full refurbishment of the existing dwelling. (E) All associated site works.
