for Demolition, Construction and Alteration Works for development at (Protected Structure Ref: WA750398) The development will consist of: 1) demolition of existing single-storey extensions to the north, south and east of the house 2) construction of new single-storey extensions to the north, south and east of the house 3) minor alterations to the eastern elevation 4) installation of roof lights on eastern roof plane 5) minor alterations to internal partition walls, floors and ceilings 6) construction of new internal stairs to replace existing modern stairs 7) removal of modern fabric as required 8) all other associated landscaping and ancillary site works
