construct 3 no buildings to include a new two storey car showroom building with ground floor display (Showroom) area and associated first floor Mezzanine office suites, and adjoining rear single storey valeting workshop, with signage (affixed to proposed showroom building as per submitted drawings) and a Totem signage structure (to front boundary of site of application , adjacent to public road) with adjoining car wash bay and car sales forecourt, customer car parking and 2 no .EV charging stations.(Car showroom and adjoining valeting workshop identifies as Block A) It is further proposed to construct 2 no. two storey semi-detached retail units with associated shop signage separately on site ( Block B and Block C) with customer car parking . The existing site entrance shall remain in situ with no modifications. The development shall be constructed in accordance with the drawings and documents submitted together with all associated site works
