to Locate a mobile Converted trailer on a seasonal basis serving Teas, Coffee, Food Items and a Small Tuck Shop together with serving hatch, ancillary signage and all associated site works. The development comprises one single-storey mobile structure measuring approx. 4.3 metres in length, 1.8 metres in width and 2.1 metres in height. The proposed unit comprises a tri-axle mobile catering trailer. The trailer will be stationed on an existing grassed area within the grounds and will not involve permanent foundations or excavation works. The trailer will facilitate the preparation and sale of coffee, pizza and light refreshments to patrons of the GAA grounds, including players, spectators and visitors. The unit will operate in conjunction with existing sporting and community activities on site. External alterations to the trailer will include the provision of a serving hatch on the side elevation, signage/branding, and minor external finishes. The development includes all associated site works, including connection to existing on-site services (electricity and water supply), drainage arrangements, and provision for waste storage and collection. The proposal is of a small scale and is appropriate to the existing use of the site as a community and recreational facility.
