Development Description
for the construction of a residential development containing 65No. dwelling units comprising of 13 No. two-storey 4 bed detached units, 40No. two-storey 3 bed semi-detached units, 4No. single-storey 3 bed semi-detached units and 8 No. single-storey detached units, site landscaping, boundary treatments, 2No. new vehicular and pedestrian entrances onto Cullens Hill (L4401), 2No. pedestrian entrances onto Strand Road (L4403), realignment and widening of the existing road and provision of a footpath to part of the Strand Road to north of the subject site, together with all associated site development works. (A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the planning application).
