Ref. 149, NIAH No. 15008008) to provide 28 no. apartments. The extensions will include new stairwells, lift core with connecting corridors to the rear of the Protected Structure. The rear outbuildings/structures will be demolished and the rear extension to the Garrow House will be part demolished with the remainder renovated to provide a cycle & bin store. The application will also include the construction of a new three storey apartment block to the rear of the site incorporating 27 no. apartments and a community rooms. The development will also consist of provision of new footpaths and roads within the site including amendments to the existing internal road & front entrance access, the installation of new services & drainage with associated hard & soft landscaping, boundary walls & fencing, siteworks, cycle & bin stores, ESB substation & meter rooms and car parking
