development which will consist of the construction of a two-storey detached dwelling, the removal and replacement of existing dilapidated western boundary wall, proposed entrance off the public road and all ancillary site works. The works also include the repairing and restoring a section of roof on an existing protected structure RPS no: 007-005. The proposed development will be weathered into the same structure at roof level only. The proposed works are located within the vicinity of protected structures recorded in the Westmeath County Development Plan 2021-2027 (RPS: 007-004, 007-005, 007-006, 007-012)
