1): The refurbishment and conversion of an existing 2 storey over basement protected structure (RPS No.127 and NIAH Ref No. 15007003) which currently contains 5 no. apartments of 2 no. 2 bed and 3 no. 1 bed units into a 6 no. apartment building of 5 no. 2 bed and 1 no. 1 bed units with works to include; a) the demolition of an existing modern glazed front porch and a two storey rear extension; b) for the construction of a new two storey rear extension; and for c) all associated internal and external alterations; 2): The refurbishment and conversion of an existing ancillary single storey outbuilding to the rear into a storey and a half structure to contain an additional 2 no. 1 bed apartments; 3): The construction of a separate new single storey apartment building consisting of 1 No. 1 bed apartment to the rear of the protected structure; 4): the provision of a revised car parking and road layout, new bin and bicycle storage, landscaping, and all ancillary site development works.
