Development Description
the alteration, extension, and refurbishment of an existing derelict single-storey dwelling house. The development will consist of: (a) Demolition of an existing rear annex; (b) Extension of the existing ‘Hipped-roof’ dwelling westwards and provision of habitable attic space (c) Construction of a single storey rear annex having horizontal roof configuration (d) Reconfiguration of the existing vehicular entrance onto the L1819 road which previously received planning permission under Ref 21277 (e) Installation of a new proprietary wastewater treatment system and percolation area (f) Decommissioning of existing N4 vehicular entrance and provide roadside screening to match existing N4 mature roadside hedging (g) Including general landscaping and all associated siteworks and services
