RETENTION Permission is being sought for a change of use of existing public house function room to a restaurant. The public house in question is listed on the Protected Structure's for Westmeath (RPS No. 030-004). The change of use will also include internal revisions such as the introduction of male and female toilets, resizing of existing storerooms and kitchen, the introduction of a new roof to form a communal area.
