The proposed development will consist of the demolition of two vacant agricultural sheds, the refurbishment of the existing dwelling, a Protected Structure Ref. 15310002, and the construction of 55 no. residential units, resulting in a total of 57 no. units. The residential development comprises: 16 no. four-bedroom, two-storey terraced houses; 18 no. three-bedroom, two-storey terraced houses; 17 no. two-bedroom, two-storey terraced houses; 2 no. three-bedroom, two-storey semi-detached houses through the refurbishment of the existing Protected Structure Ref. 15310002; and 4 no. one-bedroom apartments. The development also includes all associated site development works, including surface water and foul drainage infrastructure, utility services, boundary treatments, internal roads, landscaped open spaces, footpaths, and all ancillary site works
